Organisation

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget (SBB) has a management with long experience in developing and managing both residential- and social infrastructure properties.

The organisation consists of a very experienced group of employees focusing on transactions, property development and cost-effective management. SBB actively works with cash flow improvement measures in the existing property portfolio, achieved through efficient management and an organisation with extensive knowledge and experience in property development.

Ilija Batljan (born 1967)

Sven-Olof Johansson (born 1945)

Hans Runesten (born 1956)

Also Co-founder of AB Sagax 2004 and Director in 2004–2007. Hans has wide-ranging international experience in the finance industry and has also worked at the European Commission in Brussels. Hans was previously active in the EuroNordic Group and Mellon Bank in London and the USA where he held a number of management posts at different levels. Eva Swartz Grimaldi (born 1956)

Education/background: Eva Swartz Grimaldi has a solid background in Swedish business. She was previously CEO of Natur & kultur and Meter Film&Television and deputy CEO and programme director for TV4. Today Eva chairs Doberman AB, Apotea AB and the Norstedts publishing group and is a director of Stockholm University, Konserthuset Stockholm, the Forget Foundation and the Royal Patriotic Society. Anne-Grete Strøm-Erichsen (born 1949)

Education/background: Anne-Grete Strøm-Erichsen is an Engineer in Computer Science and has 20 years of experience as Computor Engineer at diffrent levels from the public and private sector in Norway. Anne-Grete has also a long political experience. She was the Minister of Defense and Minister of Health and Care Services in Norway 2005 to 2013. Prior she was politician in the municipality of Bergen for many years, where she also was Chairman and Leader of the City Council. Anne-Grete is Partner at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs Norway AS and currently has board assignments in, among others, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA and Dips AS.
